2024/2025 INDOOR LEAGUE REGULATIONS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS BELOW BEFORE SIGNING UP​

 

Overview​

​

Our winter league will begin the week of December 2nd for 17 weeks.

Initial registration is $125 plus tx and your weekly rounds are $35 plus tx.

We do take a 2 week break between December 22nd till January 4th.

 Mulligans will be available for a computer glitch but must be brought up to the staff member before hand. The 

  number of mulligans will be on the players report through the players TrackMan account.

 All players will need to register online through the email link provided from the Hideaway Team after registration.

BOOKINGS

 It is the players responsibility to book their own weekly tee times. If a player would like to schedule their entire 

  season, please do so by informing our staff.  Ladies league must be played Tuesday's and Men league must be played Thursday's. If a player is not able to they are welcome to book accordingly.​ 

 Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your round. If we do not receive 48 hours notice, your

  scheduled round will either be forfeited for that week or you will have the opportunity to a make up your round at

  full simulator rental rate.

​ Each player is allotted 55 minutes to play their round. Anyone exceeding the time may be subject to additional

  charges, if the room is available (at the regular hourly rental costs). If you wish to practice prior to your round,

please    book online accordingly. It generally takes 55 minutes for a player to complete a round however, it is recommended   that the player book the appropriate time for their pace of play and discounts will be applied to any extra time   booked.
